SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Brant Business Interiors ships and delivers throughout Ontario and across Canada. We are based in Peterborough and operate our own delivery and installation crew across Southern and Eastern Ontario. Orders outside our direct-service area are delivered via partner freight carriers.

HANDLING TIME

In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order, custom, and manufacturer-direct items have lead times that vary by manufacturer and product — typically 2 to 8 weeks. We will confirm the expected lead time with you in writing before processing your order.

TRANSIT TIME

Direct delivery (Brant Business Interiors crew):
- Peterborough and immediate area: 1–2 business days
- Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario: 2–5 business days
- Other Ontario regions: 5–10 business days

Freight delivery (Canada-wide):
- Typically 5–15 business days after handling, depending on destination and carrier

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is quoted at order time and depends on order size, weight, destination, and delivery method. For institutional accounts and OECM orders, shipping terms are governed by the applicable contract. For all other orders, shipping costs are confirmed in writing on your invoice before payment.

INSTALLATION

White Glove delivery and installation are available throughout Ontario and arranged on a per-order basis. Installation includes:

- Delivery to the room of use
- Assembly and placement per your space plan
- Removal of all packaging and debris

DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS

For deliveries requiring freight or White Glove service, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

DAMAGE ON DELIVERY

Please inspect your delivery before signing. If you observe damage to the packaging or the product, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return and Refund Policy for details on damaged-on-arrival items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Brant Business Interiors ships within Canada. We do not ship outside Canada.
