Why it matters
Authorized dealer status isn’t marketing — it’s accountability.
When you buy through an authorized dealer, warranty claims go through us directly to the manufacturer — not through a third-party distributor who may no longer carry the line. We maintain current price lists, access to spec sheets and CAD blocks, and manufacturer lead-time visibility. If a mechanism fails at year eight of a twelve-year warranty, we handle the claim.
Brant Business Interiors is an authorized dealer for Keilhauer, ergoCentric, the Global Furniture Group, and its sister company Teknion. All four are OECM-eligible under our Agreement 2025-470, meaning Ontario institutional buyers can purchase without re-tendering.

Canadian manufacturing
ergoCentric is made in Concord, Ontario. Keilhauer is made in Toronto. Short lead times, Canadian replacement parts, and post-sale support without timezone gaps.
Spec sheet access
Current drawings, COM availability, finish options, and dimensional data on request — the exact files your facilities team needs to approve the order.
OECM standing order
All three brand families are available under OECM Agreement 2025-470. Ontario schools, hospitals, and municipalities purchase without re-tendering.

01 Which brands are you authorized to sell?
We are authorized dealers for Keilhauer, ergoCentric, Heartwood Manufacturing, the Global Furniture Group family — Global, OTG (Offices to Go), and ObusForme — and its sister company Teknion. We also carry a range of other commercial manufacturers. Contact us with your spec or product name and we’ll confirm availability and lead time.
02 Does authorized dealer status actually affect warranty claims?
Yes. As an authorized dealer, warranty claims go from you to us directly to the manufacturer — not through a distributor. We maintain the service relationship with the factory, which means faster resolution, genuine replacement parts, and no finger-pointing between intermediaries. If a mechanism fails under warranty, we handle the claim, period.
03 Are brand-name products more expensive for institutional buyers?
Not necessarily. Keilhauer and ergoCentric carry premium list prices, but over a 10–12 year product life the total cost of ownership compares favourably to lower-priced alternatives that need replacement sooner. For OECM buyers, these products are available at pre-negotiated government pricing under Agreement 2025-470, which is often below list.
04 Can I mix brands on the same quote?
Yes — a typical institutional quote from us might include ergoCentric task chairs, Keilhauer lounge seating, and Global workstations all on one document. You get a single quote, a single delivery, a single invoice. We coordinate lead times across manufacturers so the install can happen in one pass.
05 How do I get spec sheets, CAD drawings, or COM samples?
Request them on your quote or call us at 1‑800‑835‑9565. We maintain current spec packs for all authorized lines and can usually turn around dimensional drawings and finish samples within 1–2 business days. COM (customer’s own material) availability varies by manufacturer — we’ll confirm suitability before you commit to fabric.
