01 Where is Keilhauer furniture made?

Keilhauer provides a 10-year warranty on structural components. As your authorized dealer, Brant Business Interiors handles warranty claims directly — you contact us, we coordinate with the factory. Fabric and foam warranties vary by product and grade; we’ll specify these on the quote when relevant to your application.
03 Can I specify custom fabric or my own material (COM)?
Yes — Keilhauer offers a broad fabric library and supports COM on most upholstered products. Send us your fabric specification and we’ll confirm Keilhauer’s COM requirements (rub count, application, yardage). Lead times for COM orders are typically 8–12 weeks depending on model and finish selection.
04 Are Keilhauer products available under OECM?
Yes. Brant Business Interiors is an OECM Supplier Partner (Agreement 2025-470) and Keilhauer products are included in our OECM catalogue. Ontario institutional buyers — school boards, hospitals, municipalities, colleges, universities — can purchase directly from us without re-tendering.
