01 Which education organizations are OECM-eligible under Agreement 2025-470?
Ontario K–12 school boards (public, Catholic, French-language), publicly-assisted colleges and universities, school authorities, and broader-public-sector education organizations are OECM-eligible — they purchase from us under Agreement 2025-470 without an open tender. Independent and private schools are not OECM-eligible but buy the same catalog at contract pricing with PO or NET-30. We include the agreement number on every quote.
02 Can you handle multi-school rollouts under a single board PO?
Yes — multi-school rollouts are most of our K–12 work. We quote per-school with a master roll-up against your board PO, sequence installs against the school calendar (summer-window for all sites, or staggered March-break / PD-day windows), and ship to a single warehouse or direct-to-school depending on your facilities team’s preference. One Ontario project manager owns the file across every school in the rollout.
03 What’s the lead time to land a summer-window install for September re-open?
Book by February or March for a July install against September re-open. Most in-stock admin and staff-room seating ships within 2–3 weeks of PO. Custom-configured pieces (boardroom tables, COM-upholstered seating, training-room flip-tops) are typically 6–10 weeks — April orders land in time for July install. We flag lead times per line on every quote and sequence the install against the school calendar.
04 Do you accept POs from school boards, NET-30, and centralized procurement workflows?
Yes — board PO formats accepted (including school-board-specific reference fields, account codes, and split billing across schools). NET-30 is standard. For OECM orders the agreement number appears on the quote so your finance team can process it without additional procurement paperwork. Credit applications for independent schools take 1–2 business days.
05 Does every quote include a free space plan?
Yes — free 2D layout on every project. Send your floor plan (AutoCAD, PDF, or sketch) and our design team sizes the pieces, specs the finishes, and shows you the layout before you commit. Applies to every room type: admin offices, staff rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, libraries, and superintendent suites. On-site measure available when needed.
06 Can you supply classroom and lecture-hall furniture too?
Yes — on quote. The storefront focuses on staff and admin spaces, but we carry classroom seating, training-room flip-tops, and lecture-hall furniture from 25+ additional authorized lines under Agreement 2025-470. Call 1-800-835-9565 with seat counts and we’ll spec the line and quote the project.
07 Can you install during the school year without disrupting classes?
Yes — after-hours, weekend, March break, and PD-day install windows are standard. Our own install crew handles uncrating, assembly, levelling, placement, and removal of old furniture so the room is class-ready by Monday. For occupied schools we sequence delivery windows with your facilities team before the first truck arrives.

01 Which sectors are eligible to buy under OECM?
Any OECM-eligible organization: Ontario school boards (K–12), publicly-assisted colleges and universities, hospitals and CCACs, municipalities and their agencies, broader-public-sector organizations, and not-for-profits in the social and education sectors. If you’re not sure, OECM publishes the eligible-buyer list on their site, or call us and we’ll confirm in five minutes.
02 What are typical lead times for institutional orders?
Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 weeks. Custom-configured or upholstered pieces are typically 6–10 weeks depending on the manufacturer. We’ll confirm lead time on your quote before you commit, and we flag anything with long-lead items clearly. For time-sensitive projects, tell us your move-in date and we’ll work backwards from there.
03 Do you accept purchase orders and NET 30 terms?
Yes — purchase orders, NET 30, and invoiced accounts are standard. We match your accounts payable process, not the other way around. Credit applications take 1–2 business days. If your organization needs a specific invoice format, PO reference field, or split billing, just let us know on the quote and we’ll accommodate it.
04 Does every quote include a space plan?
Yes — every quote includes a free furniture layout at no charge. Send us your floor plan (even a rough sketch or PDF) and we’ll size the pieces, spec the finishes, and show you what it looks like before you approve anything. For larger fit-outs, our design team will provide a full 2D layout with product callouts and a finish schedule.
05 How does delivery and installation work?
We deliver across Ontario and ship across Canada. Professional installation is available as an add-on — our crews handle uncrating, assembly, placement, and debris removal. For multi-floor or phased projects, we coordinate delivery windows with your facilities team. We can also coordinate after-hours or weekend delivery for occupied buildings where access is restricted during business hours.
